SHIPPING INFORMATIONS

All orders in the United States are shipped UPS Ground starting at $6.00.
Exceptions: All APO/FPO and P.O.Box addresses are shipped US Mail, First Class.
If there are items from your order that cannot be shipped at this time, you will not incur additional shipping charges.
There is one charge per order, applied once. The backordered items will be sent to you FREE of shipping charge to complete your order.
You can request UPS Service: Second Day shipping starting at $10.00 Overnight Delivery starting at $19.00

ORDER STATUS

You will be advised via e-mail when your order has left the Qualiton warehouse.

PAYMENT

Qualiton accepts payment using: Visa, Mastercard, Amex. All items on the web site are in US dollars.
Foreign currency exchange rates are handled through the credit card transaction and Qualiton has no control over these matters.

RETURN POLICY

Qualiton is happy to accept any disc found to be defective.
You may also return any product unopened that we shipped to you in error.
Please include a letter containing your mailing address and the reason for the return.
